This was the second year we offered a wellness retreat and this year we gathered with lovely like-minded ladies for a three day campout. The retreat offered a variety of mini workshops that focused on self-care, yoga, sound healing, somatic insight, the five elements, qi-gong, foam rolling, the art of tea magic, herbal wild-crafting, mindfulness bracelet making, wholesome, nutritious and delicious food from the farm for the mind, body and soul. It was such a rejuvenating weekend and we are so very thankful for all the helpers and friends who made this happen!
