We had so much fun during the foraging field trip on May 13th. The students were so curious about the wild edibles and enjoyed exploring burdock, nettles, spring beauties, lambs quarters, chickweed, dandelions, sunchokes, parsnips, asparagus, violets, and more. We hiked the land as sparks of curiosity ignited many questions and a lot of exploring!
