Despite the chance of rain, we went ahead with our foraging workshop on Saturday and Mother Nature graciously gave us a window of decent weather for our hike. We identified and discussed the benefits of some common wild edibles including nettle, lambs quarters, ramps, parsnips, sunchokes, burdock, and spring beauties. I would like to thank everyone who joined us for another day of curiosity and learning on the land.
