Our maple syrup production workshop was lovely despite the colder weather and we tripled our attendance from last year! We even got a tiny bit of sap flowing from the south facing taps. We were able to venture out in the woods as the farm’s maple syrup expert, Rich Haucke, demonstrated and explained the syrup process from beginning to end.
