Saturday was our second Driftless Curiosity workshop on maple syrup production, and we tripled our attendance in one week! Mother Nature graced us with another perfect day of sapping weather, and it brought me immense happiness to hear participants talking about how much they enjoy spending time on the land,  asking questions to quench their curiosity, and laughing in response to our anecdotes. Next Saturday, March 13th, we’ll finish off the 3 part series, focusing on canning syrup, making confections, wrapping up the sugar bush postseason, and of course, celebrating with a pancake brunch.
