Dear Curiosity Journal,
Today, I continue to express my gratitude for the helping hands that support our work on the farm. Have I mentioned how amazing our intern, Annie, is? She has hopped into farm work with a willingness and positive attitude that have lightened our load, planting, harvesting, pulling lots of weeds, assisting us with lambing, and all kinds of random tasks. She is doing a stellar job, and we’re so grateful for her. Also, we have some of the best CSA members, who visit us and say, “put us to work”, which is literally music to our ears. Farming around the summer solstice time can get pretty intense, but we are surrounded by a super sweet community who helps to carry us through. If you’ve ever shown up to lend a hand on the farm, or you would like to, please know that this act of kindness is so deeply appreciated!
