Dear Curiosity Journal,
Life is popping in the greenhouse! The napa cabbage and lettuces are peeking their little sprouts out of the soil, seeking the sunshine we all long for this time of year. In their controlled environment, they’re sheltered from the storm and growing about their business unbothered. After a week of staring down into the trays, willing the seeds to pop, we finally see green, and it’s the sweetest spring feeling a farmer could ask for.
